The weekly lessons are around 7 to 10 minutes long, and with the exercises included, you can expect to spend about 20 to 30 minutes per week. You set the pace—taking extra time for deeper self-reflection and guided practices if you choose, which can bring your weekly total to around 30 - 60 minutes.

Over the full 6 weeks, completing all videos, exercises, and guided self-care practices will take about 5–6 hours in total. But it's completely flexible—you decide what fits into your week.
